Symptoms

Application Program Interface (API) INV_LOT_API_PUB.UPDATE_INV_LOT (INVPLOTB.pls) is not changing the Grade Code. The Grade Code cannot handle a null value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Calling this API to change the Lot's Grade Code from blank to 'PENDING TESTING'.
