Input Values not Available when Creating a Element Entry Based Compensation Item on the Total Compensation Statement (Doc ID 2075362.1)

Goal

User is creating a Compensation Item for a Total Compensation Statement. The source is Element Entry, followed by Element Name to be associated. Once the element name is selected, the Input Value should populate the the list of values (LOV).

But, the input values are not appearing in the list of values.

How can the input values for these elements be populated in the LOV?
