Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version

You are attempting to enter an address for France receive the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
These address elements are not validated: COUNTRY_CODE. Correct the invalid elements, or continue and save the invalid address.

The error occurs when modifying an existing address too.

Due to this issue, users cannot enter addresses for France
