OTM User 'Last Login Date' Does Not Update (Doc ID 2076209.1)

OTM is not updating 'Last Login Date'. All users' last login date is a date from the past.

For one user, it shows last login as old date even though that user is in the system on a daily basis.
Expect to see All user's last log in dates updated to their actual log in date, instead of showing a past date.

The issue can be seen with the following steps:
Select Configuration and Administration > User Management > User Manager. User 'last login date' is not the actual log in date but a date from the past.
