Symptoms


Unable to open custom iSupplier Portal related responsibility.

Users find that custom responsibility for iSupplier Portal is not working; the following menu exclusions are causing this issue.

  Flexible Registration New Request Search Page
  Flexible Registration Prospective Registration Search Page
  Function for Supplier Business Classification Requests
  Function for Supplier Product and services Requests
  Supplier Bank Account Requests


On removing those menu exclusions the responsibility is opening but then the user has access to unwanted menus.
