ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Names displaying in Lookups as FirstName LastName

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Names display as LastName, FirstName

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrading to RUP8

2. Running Update Person Names
