Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, ISSUES WITH FUNCTIONALITY OF AD UTILITIES

When attempting to run adop prepare phase the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Validating credentials...

Initializing...
Run Edition context : <..>
Patch edition context: <..>
Patch file system freespace: 176.71 GB

Validating system setup...
Node registry is valid.
[ERROR] Patch service ebs_patch does not exist

Encountered the above errors when performing database validations.
Resolve the above errors and restart adop.
