Symptoms

When attempting to run PAXRWLCO module: IMP: Labor Cost Rates Listing By Organization, with Arguments as, sort_by='ORGANIZATION', the following error occurs:



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Other > Requests > Run
IMP: Labor Cost Rates Listing by Organization
Submit with Sort Order = Organization
Top Org > NULL
Effective Date > 19-JAN-2015
Submit and wait to complete. completes in Error
