12.2.4: Create Account Contact: Invalid Value for PARTY_ID. Please Enter Party_id Value from HZ_PARTIES (Doc ID 2079911.1)

On :  12.2.4 version, Customers Module

While attempting to create a customer account contact the following error occurs:

Invalid value for party_id. Please enter PARTY_ID value from HZ_PARTIES 
Value for CUST_ACCOUNT_ROLE_ID - RESPONSIBILITY_TYPE must be unique

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Query query a customer and try to add a contact to customer account
2. Assign two or more roles to that contact (There are duplicated roles assigned to the contact) and press Apply.
   The error "Value for cust_account_role_id - responsibility_type must be unique" appears and you return to roles section and change the second role to another one, press Apply
   Another error appears: "Invalid value for party_id. Please enter party_id value from hz_parties."
3. If you return to roles section again, and delete the second role and press Apply button again, an unexpected error page is found.
