Purpose

Oftentimes, Retropay by Element or Retropay (Enhanced) creates one or more retro entries that are unexpected and the user is unable to find an explanation for the creation of the entries. 

This document is intended to provide information about using SQL queries to help find the source of those entries.  Attached is a document showing two examples of how this is accomplished.
