Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to click on Disclose Disability status function, the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: Do not enter PER_INFORMATION29 for this legislation.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PERSON_API", line 1100
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_US_UPDATE_PERSON_SS", line 40
ORA-06512: at line 1

 

 Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with Employee Self-Service responsibility.
  2.  Go to "Disclose Disability Status".
  3.  Enter disability status in the PDF document and click "Submit" button.
  4.  Error occurs.
