Can Users Submit Standard Reports as TEXT or XML Without Sysadmin Changing Output Format? (Doc ID 2080849.1)

Goal

Some R12 Standard Reports allow running as XML, providing more output types such as Excel, Pdf, Html.

However some users still prefer TEXT format and they would need to run the same reports as TEXT.

This is possible if System Administrator changes the output format for the report to TEXT instead of XML (Sysadmin > Concurrent > Program > Define)

Is there a simple way to achieve this, without involving System Administrators?
