12.2.4 iProcurement - Update Selected Lines Has Slow Performance And Does Not Include All the Selected Lines Chosen by the User (Doc ID 2081796.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition Creation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

12.2.4 iProcurement - Edit & Submit Requisition Page not Registering "Select" Box Has Been Checked

After applying the patches noted below, when a user clicks the "Select" checkbox next to 10 lines (for example) and waits for the cursor to stop spinning, the "Update Selected Lines" window that pops up states "4 Lines Selected for Update" (example).
This makes it very challenging to update selected lines for requisitions with more than a few lines.

All the selected lines should be included for update

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Navigate to iProcurement
2.  Add to cart multiple items
3.  Checkout
4.  Edit Lines
5.  Click the "Select" check box next to 10 lines (for example) and wait for the cursor to stop spinning
- the "Update Selected Lines" window that pops up states "4 Lines Selected for Update" (example), instead of 10 lines selected for update
