Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When applying the patch that contains perachrgchk.sql 120.0.12010000.37 (e.g. Patch:22052686), following error occurs.
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/XXXX/apps/apps_st/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/perachrgchk.sql
Connected.`*
ERROR at line 235:
ORA-06550: line 235, column 1:
PLS-00103: Encountered the symbol "`" when expecting one of the following:
( begin case declare end exception exit for goto if loop mod
null pragma raise return select update while with
<an identifier> <a double-quoted delimited-identifier>
<a bind variable> << continue close current delete fetch lock
insert open rollback savepoint set sql execute commit forall
merge pipe purge
The symbol "`" was ignored.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Apply patch that contains perachrgchk.sql 120.0.12010000.37 (e.g. Patch:22052686)
- Worker job fails loading perachrgchk.sql.
