Symptoms
Concurrent Requests stay in Inactive/No Manager (or) Pending / Standby forever . It was found that the Concurrent Manager up and running. Only few long-running concurrent requests were being processed. But it does not process pick-up any new requests leaving them all the remaining request in hang status. If you cancel long-running concurrent requests, then all of them complete quickly.
