Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Tax Balance Adjustment form(PAYUSTBA) is taking 20 to 40 minutes to save the record when the tax group functionality is used.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Enter balance adjustment on Adjust Tax Balances form.
  2.  Performance issue observed.
