Flexible Commodity Qualifier Field on Rapid Order Release Accepts Null Even Though the Field Has Been Set to Required. (Doc ID 2083888.1)

Symptoms

After customizing the Rapid Order Release (ROR) screen Manager Layout to make the Flexible Commodity Qualifier field in the Ship Units Grid mandatory, the Order Release can be saved even though the Flexible Commodity Qualifier field is left null.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Customized ROR screen where Flexible Commodity Qualifier field has been marked as mandatory, enter all required data but leave Flexible Commodity Qualifier field null.
2. Click Finished
3. See that the Order Release is created despite the Flexible Commodity Qualifier having a null value.
