Symptoms

LOV for "Ownership Class of Location Building" is empty in Tax Authority form.


Steps to Reproduce
1.  Go to (N)Setup > Asset System > Japanese Depreciable Assets Tax Report Setup

2.  Press "Tax Authorities" button

3.  Click LOV for "Ownership Class of Location Building"

    Current behavior
    LOV is empty

    Expected behavior
    LOV should be displayed as below:
    - Leasehold
    - Self-owned
