After enabling "Use Parameter Operators" for Report, user attempts to run a report with Parameter "After Today 00:00" or "Range From / To".

When this report is executed, the following error is encountered:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
