After Patch 21762027 The Requisition Approval Button Does Not Work and Package "por_ame_approval_list" Is Invalid (Doc ID 2085668.1)

Symptoms

The approve button in the Requisition Form is not responsive.  The user clicks the Approve button and nothing happens and the approve form does not open.

It is also found that package por_ame_approval_list is invalid with following compilation errors:

Steps

1.  Open a Purchasing responsibility
2.  Requisitions > Requisitions form
3.  Enter appropriate data and save.
4.  Click Approve and this is where the issue occurs.

Changes

 The issue started to occur after applying <Patch 21762027:R12.PO.B>.
