Goal

Currently there are 33 projects that have a project type associated with them that have the budgetary control options defined incorrectly.
The current budgetary controls are:

Amount Type = Year To Date
Boundary Code= Year

They should be:

Amount Type= Project To Date
Boundary Code=Project

Can a datafix be provided to correct the budgetary control settings?
