ORA-01403 FRM-40735 Errors when Entering New Person in Japan Business Group (Doc ID 2086616.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When creating new employee in Japan Business group, following error occurs.

ORA-01403: no data found.
FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open Enter Person form.
     Responsibility:HR Foundation
     (N) Enter Employees
  2.  Enter a value in Kana Name field.
  3.  Error occurs.
