GLRTBD Trial Balance Report not Picking up all Data Intermittently RDBMS 12.1.0.2 (Doc ID 2087744.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to database version 12.1.0.2 the Trial Balance report GLRTBD shows out of balance occasionally for all balancing segment values (BSV).

When run the Trial Balance report will show in balance, then run again and it will show out of balance with no postings taken place between runs.
The balances for the accounts are correct and not other reports are showing this issue. This issue only started after Database upgrade to version 12.1.0.2 and was working properly on previous versions.

Changes

 Upgrade of database to version 12.1.0.2
