95353 - Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Cost Adjustment Account
Rule owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PRC : create accounting

The issue has the following business impact:
The PRC:create accounting Process generates a file that indicates we have an error with some Labor transactions that were recosted - thus the transactions have a status of 'G' = generated on the cost distribution lines , no credit account is visible.
These transactions also appeared on the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by GL Period as errors.
Users were however able to close the period.
