When attempting to Run Depreciation (FADEPR) the following error occurs.

At beginning of End of Fiscal Year program

APP-OFA-47709: Fiscal Year: 2016
APP-OFA-48208: faeccfy: book_info->cur_fy has the value of 2016.
APP-OFA-48208: faeccfy:book_info->fy_name has the value of FiscalYR.
APP-OFA-47136: Fiscal Year 2016 is shorter than calendar year
APP-OFA-47129: Fiscal Year 2017 is as long as a calendar year
APP-OFA-47128: Inserted 0 calendar period records
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1 in faecicv

Cause: faecicv failed due to ORA-00001: unique constraint (FA.FA_CONVENTIONS_U1) violated

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .
APP-OFA-47155: Error: Unable to insert convention records

Cause: You have a database problem.

Action: Contact your system administrator.

APP-OFA-47715: Error: function faecicv returned failure (called from faeofy)
Module End of Fiscal Year ended with error
APP-OFA-47715: Error: function faeofy returned failure (called from FADEPR)

Menu path:  Depreciation -- Run Depreciation.  Accept default for period.

Issue will occur for both preliminary depreciation (without period close option enabled) and final depreciation (with period close option enabled).
