Processing a new and/or an updated Rate Factor fails to create and update the Accessorial on the Rate Offering.
Specific examples include:
Creating and processing a Rate Factor without expiration date fails to generate an Accessorial on Rate Offering.
Updating and processing a Rate Factor expiration date and/or Factor Value fails to update Accessorial on Rate Offering.
