Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module
Updating Profile Class Form Doesn't Update Values at Customer Site Level
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Profile Classes
- Query an existing customer profile class
- Update fields like Letter Set, Classification etc
- Try to Save and system will ask to "Update All Profiles" or "Do Not Update Existing Profiles" or "Update All Uncustomized Profiles"
- Choose "Update All Profiles" and click OK
- Customer Profile Copy program will be triggered
Navigate to Customer Form
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers
Query the Customer and Navigate to Customer Site to which the Profile Class you updated was attached to.Click on Site Details Page>Profile Tab
You will find updated values are not reflected in Customer Profile Tab

<Patch 10043072>: R12.HZ.B was applied which introduced Dunning Letter Set Name field on the Customer profile.
