Symptoms
OAQ database listener cannot be kept running.
It is expected when launcing the OAQ Database listener as per the OTM Integration Guide to have this functionality running.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform steps from 1 to 4 from OTM integration Guide section 9
