OTM users see the following two issues when they log into the OTM application as a Service Provider via the Mobile Interface.
01. The 'Tendered Shipments' section is not visible.
02. The 'Shipment Visibility' section is not showing the shipments even though there are shipments in status SECURE RESOURCES_TENDERED. It says 1 shipment found, but nothing is shown
