Custom Actions Are Not Appearing When The User Login Thru "glog.webserver.shipment.ShipmentManagement" (Doc ID 2090662.1)

Symptoms

When the user is login with based on his role and menu/screen set assigned, the Shipment Object Actions are corrects, but when the same user login thru
the email notification URL the actions are different -> he has access to the default action menu.

Steps:

1. Go to "Shipment Management - Shipment Management - Buy Shipment"

2. Select a shipment and go to "Action -> Shipment Management - Utilities - Compose and Send Message"

3. Select "AD HOC MESSAGE" for message type, select an contact, input a "Subject" and click "Send" button.

4. Open the notification email and click the URL link.
