Shipment Ship Unit Line refnums are getting duplicated when using Shipment Ship Unit refnum Qualifier that is of the type One, Update
Shipment Ship Unit Line refnums should not get duplicated when using Shipment Ship Unit refnum Qualifier that is of the type One, Update

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Shipment ShipUnit Line Refnum Qualifier (TEST_PO_NO) with the type "One, Update"
2. Create a SAW Shipment (TEST_Shipment) using an XML that has the Shipment Ship Unit Line and Line RefNum Qual and a value. (TEST_PO_NO-1)
3. Create another XML file to update the same and change the value of the above Shipment Ship Unit Line Refnum value.(TEST_PO_NO-2)
4. The xml gets processed, but it is noticed that the Refnum creates another line with the new value instead of replacing the existing value.
