Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
French Accounting Entries Audit File does not return data when the source Payables or Receivables is specified.
However, when run for source "ALL", the Payables and Receivables is returned. The Global Journal Ledger Report does work
correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that output of "French Accounting Entries Audit File" report to display data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to GL Localization responsibility
2. Go to View > Request >Submit a new request
3. Run JEFRAEAF: French Accounting Entries Audit File
