Symptoms
You are having an issue with the Accounting Calendar in Web ADI templates not rendering the date correctly.
Example
----------
In WEBADI when try to enter the accounting date. When select from LOV it takes 15-dec-2015 and displays it in the spreadsheet as 12-15-115.
If try to enter a data in January 2013, it takes the date 15-dec-0115.
The workaround is to type correct date in the "Accounting Date" field manually.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
select the accounting date from the LOV on the Web ADI Template.
