Symptoms
GTM License Line's currency code is automatically converted from one currency to USD, with incorrect value.
Export licenses that may be entered with Authorized value in a non-USD currency.
When use entered the Authorized value in this other currency and save the record, the value become USD.
Moreover the USD value calculated is incorrect.
