Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails with the following error.

Insert a row for each element type used to determine if
a NI category exists for a assignment

ERROR at line 39:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_NUMBER", line 20

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run DataInstall for GB legislation.
  2.  Run hrglobal.drv.
  3.  Worker job failed loading Pygbniut.sql.
