Allowed To Update Item Without Having Primary Organization Access Vs. EGO_BATCH_ORG_NOT_VALID Error On Import Via WebADI/Excel For Users Who Have Access To Only Child Organization (Doc ID 2092225.1)

Symptoms

Find that Item / structure is allowed to be updated via WebADI without having Primary Organization Access. This should not be allowed.

When user imports to child organization, it fails with below error when responsibility has access to just child organization.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PIM Responsibility > Batch Import > Import Items > Import from Excel
2. Select ‘Structure’ option and select Continue button
3. Downloaded the excel and Enter all the BOM details
4. Upload Excel

Concurrent program ended in error [EGO Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program] in some cases

Note: This issue may occur only for specific users not seen for other users based on their Responsibility
