ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Output Post Processor (FNDCPOPP) Manager processes have been increased to more than 1, for generating large volume data reports output and also to avoid performance error => java.lang.OutOfMemoryErrorjava.lang.OutOfMemoryError "Cache Stats Writer".

As more than one FNDCPOPP Manager processes is running, for few cases it is observed that the report output is getting processed twice and the output generated second time is not the right one.

For example, the report is generated by one of the FNDCPOPP Manager processes using the XML data output and either EXCEL or PDF output is generated.

Now, the same requests XML output file is picked up again (for the second time) and the output of EXCEL or PDF generation now fails and would not get generated.
