Equipment Group Profile View Button Doesn't Work In French Version (Doc ID 2092845.1)

Symptoms

In the French language form there appears to be at least 3 issues:

a) When clicking on the Equipment Group associated with the Equipment Group Profile that is on the Commodity page, the page does not open
b) When clicking in the Shipment Link after an Order Release is planned into a Shipment using Action -> Direct option.
c) For any Shipment, go to the Finance tab and click on the Rate Record Link and in the page that opens, click on the Rate Offering link and the page does not open.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order management -> Material Management -> Commodity -> Query a Commodity -> Open the Equipment Group Profile -> Click on one of the Equipment Groups in the page that opens - and notice that nothing opened.
2. Do Action -> Operational Planning -> Create Buy Shipments -> Direct -> Provide Equipment Group and Equipment Group Profile (Optional) and choose a parameter and press OK.. Shipment gets created. In the Shipment ID link that shows in the page, if you click on it, the page does not open.
3. For the same Shipment when opened from the Shipment Management page and click on Finance Tab -> Click on Rate Record -> Click on Rate Offering and find that the page does not open from there.
