Symptoms

Attempt to run PRC: Transaction Import fails with following error:

In some cases, all of the expenditures in the entire batch are reset to a TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE = P and TRANSACTION_REJECTION_CODE null.  There is no indication as to the source of the error.  Upon further investigation, the employee being processed has been end dated.
