Early And Late Delivery Dates Not Updating Into EBS From OTM

There is an issue where whenever the dates in OTM are updated and sent to EBS. The latest dates are not being updated in EBS via SOA.
There is no exception when the early and/or late delivery dates are updated in OTM and sent to EBS via SOA.
The Transaction is successful in OTM. But the new dates (early and/or late delivery dates) are not updated in the EBS tables. The EBS tables still show the old dates.
