Cannot see Benefits ACA processes to run concurrent programs
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using US Super HRMS Manager
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports
3. Submit Processes and Reports
4. Query any report with "ACA" in title (should be three)
