Symptoms

An error occurs after upgrading from 12.0.6 to 12.2.0.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.2.0
2. Follow steps in Note 1320300.1 - Oracle E-Business Suite Release Notes, Release 12.2, Section 3.
3. See error in Adworker log
