Symptoms

On : On Test and Production instances - 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version, Terminations

When attempting to access resignation request on Self Service Human Resources SSHR the following error occurs.

The website cannot display the page



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee Self Service > Voluntary Termination.
2. Try to open notification
3.  Above error occurs


Same happens if navigation is Manager Self Service> Termination
