Symptoms

After upgrading the 10.1.3 Oracle Home from JDK 6.0 to 7.0, concurrent programs, such as the seeded "Active Users" report, fail with the following request log file error:

 

"REP-0069: Internal error
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: sun/security/provider/Sun (Unsupported major.minor version 51.0)

...

Program exited with status 1
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 1234567.

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information."
