When submitting the Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report, the report took 10 hours to run, completed in normal status but there's no output generated and the following error occurs on the log:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, msg=Java heap space;

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit the Benefits ACA Archive Process and then submit the Benefits ACA 1095C Print Report.
