Symptoms

WebADI completes with error and is not creating items -- for only one specific user.
Other users work fine.

Error
java.lang.NullPointerException

Expected Behavior
Expect item created.

Steps
1. Navigate to Product Information Management Data Librarian -> Import Batch -> Import Items -> Import from Excel
2. Select an ICC -> Download the WebADI
3. Enter a record to create item in Master -> Oracle tab
4. Upload
