Symptoms

 Requisitions being Imported are failing in the Approval Workflow with error  PO_REQ_APPROVED #EXCEPTION WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER
3120: Activity 'REQAPPRV/329661' has no performer

 It is noticed that the Requisition is not populated with the preparer id given in the interface table.
