Drop By Location Is Not Working With Error 'No LPNs To Process'

Drop by Location is not working on some occasions and the below error appears.

No LPNs to Process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created two sales orders and pick released both.
2. Accepted the tasks in mobile and completed loading.
3. Navigated to Whse Mgmt - Outbound- Drop By Location
4. Entered sub inventory and locator.
5. Click on Drop LPNs. Getting the message 'No LPNs to Process'
6. Click on View LPNs. Getting the message 'Unexpected error occurred press any key to continue'.
