Symptoms
When attempting to transfer an asset in the Asset Workbench,
the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01023 The following required field does not have a value: County
APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_INDICATOR_COLORS in routine &ROUTINE.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start a transfer transaction by entering -1 for the current line.
2. Enter 1 for the units on a new line.
3. Enter the Accounting Flexfield information, hit tab to proceed, enters a partial value of segments 1 and 2 for the Location Flexfield and hit tab
