Symptoms
When attempting to query internal shipment number in Find Expected Receipts Form, the following error occurs.

APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Create an Internal Requisition between two Inventory Organizations across operating Units
3. Create a Sale Order, ship the SO
4. Receive Internal Shipment in Receipts form.
